This Privacy Policy covers CodeLens's handling of information, data and any assets collected by CodeLens or provided to CodeLens at the sole discretion of its clients. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies and third parties that CodeLens does not own or control, or of persons that CodeLens does not employ or manage, including any third-party content contributors bound by contract.

1.Information Collection and Use
CodeLens values the privacy of its customers and clients. "Information" where used means any information voluntarily provided by our clients through any means for carrying out the work as per the business contract. CodeLens may at any time, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, amend this policy. Please keep the latest version of this policy for your reference at all times.
This privacy policy aims to comply with the privacy laws applicable to the personal data we collect and use as part of engagements with our customers and clients, including compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.
What Data We Collect
All customer/client information collected shall be used for the purpose it was meant to serve as per agreement. Customer information which includes but is not limited to Non-Public Information (NPI), Personally Identifiable Information (PII) etc. shall be safeguarded using adequate controls and security measures (such as username and password), shared between CodeLens and its clients.
Data we collect from you through our website and platforms include your name, job title, business/company name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. These are details you provide when engaging with us through contact forms, demo requests, or order forms. We may also collect financial information such as credit card number and expiration date for billing purposes and to fulfill customer orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this information is used to contact clients/customers.
Job Applicants
As part of any recruitment process, CodeLens collects and processes personal data relating to job applicants. We will collect your work history, contact details and any other information you have on your CV. We will always be clear about what we are asking for and why, and we will always ask for your consent to provide the information we need to adhere to local employment law.
2.How We Use Your Data
All personal data is processed and stored securely, for no longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. We will comply with our obligations and safeguard your rights under the GDPR at all times.
Our use of your personal data will always have a lawful basis, either because it is necessary for our performance of a contract with you, because you have consented to our use of your personal data (e.g. by subscribing to emails), or because it is in our legitimate interests. - • Analysing your use of our services and gathering feedback to enable us to continually improve our platform and your user experience
- • To help CodeLens share software, services or product information important to its clients/customers

We will not, however, send you any unsolicited marketing or spam and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that we fully protect your rights and comply with our obligations under the GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to us using your personal data at any time, and to request that we delete it. This information shall be compiled and analyzed to enhance our products and services and shall not be used in any way to personally identify our clients/customers without proper consent.
3.Do We Share Your Data?
Here at CodeLens we take your privacy seriously and the information we hold about you is confidential. Except as specifically described in this privacy policy, we will not, without clients'/customers' prior consent, sell any information such as Non-Public Information or Personally Identifiable Information to any third parties other than authorized third parties and others involved in the e-commerce distribution chain (e.g., vendors, suppliers, payment processors), which may need access to some of your personal information.
For example, if we ship an order to you, we must share your name and address with a shipping company. We do not give access to data on individual transactions to third parties, other than as described in this privacy policy.

7.Children's Privacy
CodeLens keeping in view the privacy of personal information received from minors/children (individuals under the age of 18), shall not knowingly receive/collect personal information at company portals and websites. Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
If CodeLens comes to know that there is personal information received from a minor is available at company portals and websites, it shall be deleted promptly from our systems. If you believe we have collected information from your child, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action. Parents have the right to review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child's information.
8.International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. 9.How Long Do We Keep Your Data?
We do not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. We only keep your personal data for as long as we need to in order to use it as described above and/or for as long as we have your permission to keep it.
Data will therefore be retained for 2 years following its last use. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
Job Applicants
If you've applied for a job with us and you were unsuccessful, we will hold your application data for 8 months from the date of decision and we may contact you with details of relevant posts during that time. At the end of this period, we will delete your information.
If you become a CodeLens employee, the data we gather about you will become part of your employee records. We will inform you during your employment of the retention periods of your data after you leave.
10.Links to Other Websites
CodeLens uses links to other sites in its websites offered as part of services to different clients. Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by CodeLens. Please note that we have no control over how your data is collected, stored, or used by other websites and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites.
We encourage clients/customers to be aware that once redirected to external sites either voluntarily or involuntarily, read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. You are responsible for reviewing and abiding by the privacy policies of these third party sites to ensure they comply with data protection. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by CodeLens as part of its engagement of products or services or websites with its customers and clients.
